The project, in our own words
A central planted courtyard becomes the building's lung - drawing cool air through open-plan floors and catching the monsoon into a visible cistern below.
Filler-slab floors and an earth-toned, daylight-led interior keep the energy demand low and the workday calm.

How it looks, and what it is made of
Real site photography will replace these. For now, each frame is a warm reference of the materials and the land this project grows from, never passed off as the building itself.

Tell us about your land and the life you picture on it. We start where every project starts, with the ground itself.
